My name is Nikole Palmero Baloueva, I am a State Registered Securities Broker-dealer and Investment Advisor.

I will receive my Economics degree from Minerva University in San Francisco this May 2025. I have years of experience working in the financial industry for three of the biggest banks in the U.S.

I have become an insider to the finance world. 

Throughout my career, I have found that in the eyes of many, especially the next generation, financial planning has become a taboo subject to be afraid of. A complex world left for those who have studied business or economics, who wear Patagonia vests, and know what Exchange Traded Funds are. 

It has alienated us from our own finances, and we have become dependent on big banks and corporations to tell us what to do with our money. 

Jade Plant Capital was founded with the goal of giving back the power to the people. I say that understanding our finances should not be that hard.
